This site is run by Lions Gem LLC (“Lion’s Gem,” “we”), Tempe, Arizona. This page explains what information we collect when you use lionsgem.org, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions or requests: thelionsgem@hotmail.com.
The short version
- We only collect what you type into a form, plus basic records of which documents were opened.
- No cookies, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no analytics that follow you around.
- We never sell or rent your information, or share it for advertising.
- Ask and we will delete it.
What we collect, and why
The Journey sign-up asks for your first and last name, email, and optionally your phone number and what you are hoping for. We use it to welcome you, send you the program materials, and stay in touch about the Journey.
The email list (the Free Gift, Start Here, and the “Stay connected” field) asks for your email and, sometimes, your first name. We use it to give you the free guide and to send occasional updates from Lion’s Gem.
Work With Me asks for your name, email, what your message is about, and the message itself. We use it to reply to you.
Document links. When you open or download one of our guides, we record which document, when, whether it was opened or downloaded, and your browser type. If you arrived through the personal link in your Journey email, that record is connected to your sign-up so Coach Leo can see who has received and opened the materials.
Hosting records. Like every website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies on your device and does not use advertising pixels, session recording, or cross-site tracking. If a story includes a YouTube video, it is shown through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube’s own policies apply once you play it.
Who helps us run the site
We use a few service providers. They process information only to provide their service to us:
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Supabase: the database that stores form submissions (United States).
- Sanity: stores and delivers our stories and their images. It does not receive anything you type into a form.
- Resend: delivers the emails we send you.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Emails
You can stop hearing from us at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any update, or email thelionsgem@hotmail.com and we will remove you.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are part of the Journey or on our email list, and for as long as needed to answer your message. After that, or whenever you ask, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email thelionsgem@hotmail.com from the address you used, and we will take care of it, usually within a few days and always within 30 days. Wherever you live, we honor these requests.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you believe a child has sent us their information, email thelionsgem@hotmail.com and we will delete it.
Security
Form submissions are stored in a database that can be reached only by this website’s server, over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and who can see it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
