A practical starting guide for recognizing, developing, and multiplying what God has entrusted to you
Free guide
Every person is already a gem.
Growth is not about earning your worth. It is about faithfully stewarding what God has already placed within you.
You Are Not Starting Empty
The question is not, “How do I become valuable?” Lion’s Gem begins somewhere different: every person is already a gem. Your worth comes before your achievement. The work is learning to recognize the gifts, experiences, relationships, strengths, opportunities and influence God has entrusted to you—and then stewarding them faithfully.
Stewardship
A gift is not only something you possess. It is something you are responsible for developing and using well.
What Counts as a Gift?
A gift may be a natural strength, learned skill, spiritual gift, lived experience, resource, relationship, opportunity, perspective, or form of influence. Some gifts are obvious. Others become visible only when we pay attention to patterns over time.
- What comes naturally to you but seems difficult for others?
- What do people consistently ask you for help with?
- What problems do you feel compelled to solve?
- What kind of work gives you energy even when it requires effort?
- What hardship has taught you something that could now help someone else?
- What resources, relationships or access have you been entrusted with?
- Where do your faith, abilities and the needs around you intersect?

Recognize
Begin with evidence, not fantasy. Look backward before looking forward.
- 02
Reflect
Bring the patterns into prayer and discernment. A strength is not automatically a calling, and an opportunity is not automatically an assignment.
- 03
Refine
Gifts still require polishing. Talent without character can become destructive; passion without discipline rarely becomes dependable service.
- 04
Test Through Service
Do not wait for a perfect title, platform, business, ministry, or audience. Test the gift in small acts of usefulness.
- 05
Steward and Multiply
Stewardship asks more than, “Am I good at this?” It asks, “What responsibility comes with this gift?”
Your One-Sentence Stewardship Statement
God has entrusted me with , and in this season I will develop it by so that I can serve through .
Do not worry if the sentence changes. Discernment becomes clearer through faithful action. Identity comes before assignment; obedience can come before outcome.
Grow. Elevate. Multiply.
Grow what God has entrusted to you. Elevate the people around you. Multiply the impact through service.
