01 — The Lion’s Gem Journey

Rough stone in.
Polished gem out.

September 26 — December 24, 2026

Ninety days of daily non-negotiables, weekly goals, scripture, and a small group walking it with you.

Cohort 1 is free.

02 — What we believe

We are all gems in the eyes of God—made in His image and entrusted with unique gifts. Life can refine us, challenge us, and sometimes make us forget what is already there.

Lion’s Gem exists to help people polish the gem within.

Day one

You start at the rock.

Nothing looks different yet. That is the point.

04 — Commit

Five things. Every day.
For ninety days.

Your core commitments are designed to strengthen your mind, body and spirit through small, consistent disciplines.

Your daily commitments

  1. Spend 15 minutes in Scripture
  2. Make time for prayer
  3. 1 gallon of water a day
  4. 30 minutes of movement
  5. A healthy diet

Optional — a 36‑hour fast

And a weekly rhythm

  • Practice gratitude & reflection
  • Intentional rest
  • Time with God, family and community
  • Disconnect to reconnect

Consistency over intensity. Grace over perfection.

05 — Your 30 · 60 · 90 rhythm

Change takes time.
Keep showing up.

The first half is often the hardest. You’re asking yourself to interrupt old patterns before the new ones feel natural. Don’t mistake discomfort for failure.

Days 1–30

Build

Focus on showing up. Motivation may come and go. Keep your commitments simple, create a routine, and focus on consistency—not intensity.

TipMake it easier to follow through. Prepare the night before, remove distractions, and remember your why.

Days 31–60

Stay

This is where discipline matters. The excitement may fade and life will happen. You may miss a day or question your progress. Keep going.

TipDon’t let one missed day become a reason to stop. Reset at the next opportunity.

Days 61–90

Become

Notice what is changing. The disciplines you’ve practiced begin to feel more like part of your everyday life. Pay attention to what God has revealed, refined, and strengthened along the way.

TipLook beyond what you accomplished. Ask how you have changed.

The 24-hour reset

When you get off track, don’t wait for Monday, next week, or a new Day 1.

  1. Pause
  2. Pray
  3. Reflect
  4. Reset

Ask yourself: What got in the way? What can I do differently tomorrow?

Then return to your commitments within the next 24 hours. No punishment. No starting over. Just begin again.

Hard days still count. Slow progress still counts. Starting again counts. You are not trying to complete 90 perfect days. You are practicing how to keep showing up.
